With three decades of experience working in the digital advertising and marketing space, I have developed a broad set of skills that span design, marketing, and customer experience strategy. While the tools and channels we use today to market and sell our products and services have certainly changed over the past 30 years, I believe that the core idea of meeting people where they are and connecting with them in a relevant and valuable way is still the best way to grow your business.

The rising prominence of technology and data in business and marketing strategy can cloud that reality. The real value of technology and data is the ability to better understand your customers and connect with them in an authentic manner across a wide array of touchpoints and to do all of that at scale.

For small businesses, this sounds like a daunting task. My aim is to help small businesses, artists, and musicians elevate their brand experiences online through good design and content, planned and developed in a way that is easy to manage. If it is too difficult to manage it will not be managed. Too often I have seen websites and other digital initiatives that start out great but go nowhere because they are hard to manage.
